Automotive, security, and travel
CTS Auto Parts was tracking sales and stock by hand, so revenue and re-ordering were hard to trust. We implemented a secure business management system with a point-of-sale module: staff process sales in one place, and management sees revenue as it happens. We also set up an integrated security layer for transaction data and physical access. For the travel division we built the CTS Travel website and a Travel Management System (August - September 2026) for bookings, itineraries, and client records.
Jobs, costs, and financial records were spread across disconnected tools. We developed, implemented, and trained staff on the Express-Megas Signs integrated production management system so day-to-day production runs in one place, with financial reporting aligned to MRA requirements and International Accounting Standards. The same engagement delivered an Electronic Invoicing System integrated with the MRA Taxpayer Portal, plus a secure online server and data protection for company and client information. Development, training, and go-live ran from 14 June to 10 July 2026.
The territory needed payroll and employee records for staff spread across its operations, in line with employment regulations. We implemented a Human Resource Management System that centralises payroll processing and stores employee data securely, so monthly payroll is more accurate and the HR team spends less time on manual administration.
We are digitising private schools registered under the Independent Schools Association of Malawi, South Western Division, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 4 - Quality Education. Each school gets the School Management System for admissions, attendance, exams, fees, staff, the library, and parent communication. We have already worked with more than 10 schools. The target with ISAMA SWED is 100 schools by the end of this year. By January 2027 the project will extend into training AI and robotics in schools. The association gains one view for reporting, policy, and planning.
Procurement and business operations
Miru needed a clearer public presence and tighter control of daily operations. We developed the corporate website to present its services and procurement offering, set up custom business email, and built an integrated business management system for sales, invoicing, procurement, and customers - so those processes sit on one platform instead of separate tools.
Savi needed a public website and a proper way to run the school. We built savieducationfacility.com so parents and students can see the school clearly, and we implemented the School Management System for admissions, student records, and day-to-day administration, replacing a largely paper-based process. Savi is one of more than 10 schools already on this work.
Edukids Facility is part of the schools we have already digitised. The school has a public site at edukidsfacility.com and runs on the School Management System, so admissions, records, and daily administration are no longer kept only on paper.
Precious Private Academy is one of the schools we have already worked with as we digitise school operations. The academy has its site at preciouspvtacademy.com and uses the School Management System so student records, administration, and communication sit in one place rather than in paper files.
Ndojuke needed to receive payments from partners and customers without the delays of ordinary cross-border banking. We developed a secure payment integration so the company can receive funds in Euro and US Dollar. The system connects WorldFirst and BroadPay, giving the business one reliable channel for international transactions.
Construction, equipment hire, and real estate
IBC needed a clearer view of live construction projects and a stronger digital presence for each business line. We delivered a Construction Monitoring and Management System for project monitoring, quotations, invoicing, and daily operations, so progress and cost are visible as the work happens. We also built the main company site, the equipment-hire site, and the real-estate site, each with its own address under one brand.
EcoTech wanted the brand to look the same on television and online. We produced promotional videos and an advertising jingle for the television advertisement, and we built campaigns for online and social platforms so every channel a customer meets carries the same professional presence.
Techcom needed a website and one system for the full operation. We built the website and a business management system covering operations, sales, quotations, invoices, purchases, logistics, purchase requisitions, and inventory - one platform instead of separate spreadsheets for each function.
Music, events, and mobile
Akometsi set out to give artists a proper digital home. We built the platform so artists can distribute, manage, and promote music, with payments through PawaPay, PayChangu, and mobile network operators. It has since grown to event ticketing, a mobile app, and a companion website, so an artist can run distribution and live shows from one place.
SGI needed lending off manual tracking and onto a system built for structured digital loans. We developed an operations website and a Loan Management System for applications, borrower records, approvals, repayment tracking, and financial reporting, so every loan has a clear record from application through to repayment.
The clinic wanted less time on paperwork and more accurate records. We implemented a Clinic Management System for patient records, appointment scheduling, billing, and general medical operations, so staff spend less time on forms and more time on patient care.
The company needed to be easier to find. We designed a corporate website with full SEO and a Google Business profile, so potential customers can find the business and reach it online.
Gils Appliances needed a digital storefront that could present its product range properly. We developed a modern, e-commerce-ready website so the company can showcase products and build a clear brand online.
